WINEMAKING
Vinified with temperature control in stainless steel vats. A short maceration followed fermentation. 50% of the batch matured for 10 months in American new oak barrels. The other 50% matured in second year French, American and Hungarian oak barrels during the same period of time. Bottled in June 2004.
