WINEMAKING
Fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Part of the final batch (aprox. 50%) is matured in 2nd and 3rd year barrels.
SUGESTIONS
Enjoy this wine with white meat and pasta. Should be served at 18ºC.
