The monovarietals of “Quinta do Vale do Pardiz” are placed on the market only in years when the quality of a lot is very high.
Vintages: 2000, 2002 and 2008.
Variety: Tinta Roriz.
Winemaking: Vinified with temperature control in stainless steel vats. A short maceration followed fermentation. 50% of the batch matured for 10 months in American new oak barrels. The other 50% matured in second year French, American and Hungarian oak barrels during the same period of time. Bottled in June 2004.
