The monovarietals of Quinta do Vale da Perdiz” are placed on the market only in years when the quality of a lot is very high.
Vintages: 1999, 2002, 2005 and 2008.
Variety: Touriga Nacional
Winemaking: Vinified with temperature control in stainless steel vats. A short maceration follows fermentation. The wine was matures for 15 to 20 months in new French oak barrels and is bottled after a slight fining with egg whites.
